TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to the Volirium Online Shop (the “Online Shop”). By using the Online Shop you accept the validity of the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not want

to accept these terms and conditions, you can not use this online shop for purchases. A purchase contract in this online shop can be closed in German or English.

1. Acceptance
Volirium AG provides this online shop based on the following terms and conditions. Volirium can update the terms and conditions at any time by publishing them in the online

shop without informing you in advance. If you use the online shop after such an update, the then valid updated terms and conditions apply to your subsequent purchases, which

you must explicitly accept during the purchase process. Older GTC versions are not available in the online shop and do not make them available; If you wish to keep the version

of the GTC applicable to your purchase, Volirium recommends that you download or print it.

2. The Online Shop
The online shop provides information about products and services, including their essential features. You can also request additional information from Volirium.

3. Purchases
3.1 You can purchase products and services through this online store by selecting offers and then proceeding to check-out. If you do not yet have a registered account for the

online store, you will need to register to continue with your order. Volirium reserves the right to reject new registrations or to dissolve existing accounts at any time. All

shops in the online shop concludes Volirium and meets them.

3.2 You submit a purchase offer by completing an order and providing the required information at check-out, including details of the selected method of payment. Before you

finally confirm your order, we summarize all the relevant information about ordered products, prices, the chosen method of payment, delivery details, etc. You will then have

the opportunity to check your order for errors and to correct your entries by either navigating back in the menu or clicking on the corresponding information. Provided the

selected products are available or in stock, Volirium will arrange the agreed payment upon confirmation of the purchase.

3.3 Volirium does not guarantee that all products or services are available. If a product is not available, you may still be able to place an order; However, Volirium will

inform you before concluding the contract that the delivery is not possible or takes longer than previously announced.

3.4 As soon as your order has been completely placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation of this order to the e-mail address provided by you. The purchase contract is

only binding upon receipt of this confirmation from Volirium. The confirmation contains information about your right of withdrawal, the conditions for exercising it as well as

information about the possibilities of complaint. The products or services, including the documents relevant to the warranty, will be delivered to the address specified by

you; Delivery will be made within a reasonable period of time, within 10 days of confirmation.

4. Price and method of payment
4.1 The available methods of payment may vary. You can find the relevant price information and the available payment methods for products and services in the online shop.

4.2 The prices shown in the online shop during the order procedure are binding for the respective purchase. Incidentally, prices are given for informational purposes only and

may be increased or changed by Volirium without prior notice.

5. Your right to cancel the purchase
5.1 Please note that the legal right described below to revoke a purchase is not applicable to the purchase of software offered by download, since software can not be returned

after a download.

5.2 In addition, you have the following statutory rights of withdrawal regarding the sale of goods:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period of revocation is fourteen days, (a) in the case of a contract of

sale, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods; (b) in the case of a contract of several goods

that you have ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not a carrier, has or has

taken possession of the last goods or c) in the case of a contract for the delivery of a good in several partial consignments or pieces from the day on which you or a third

party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last partial consignment or piece ,

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Volirium, by means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw

from this contract. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the

expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the cancellation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing

a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the

notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction,

unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you

have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The

deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss of value of

the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for you to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Warranty and complaints
6.1 In cases of defects for which Volirium is responsible, you are entitled to your statutory rights (subsequent performance, reduction, withdrawal).

6.2 Volirium Customer Service will process requests and complaints about the Online Shop, Products and Services as soon as possible. If you receive defective products or

services, you must notify the relevant Volirium contact persons as soon as they become aware of the defect and describe the problem.

7. Data protection consent
7.1 By registering for an account or confirming your order via the Online Shop, you acknowledge that Volirium has provided correct and up-to-date information when registering

in the registration form and provide the following data protection consent form.

7.2 The information you provide to Volirium Europe during the registration process or any other use of the Online Shop will be used by Volirium Europe for the provision or

delivery of your ordered services or products. Such personal information may include your full name, address, email address and telephone number. The data processing may

include group companies of Volirium from the Volirium Group (“Volirium Group Companies”), as described in this declaration of consent.

7.3 Volirium will store the information collected by you in a customer database for the provision and further development of the online shop, for the processing of purchases

and for customer and product development. The customer database will only contain information that you provide to Volirium and is located in a physically secured data center.

Access to the customer database is limited to Volirium employees and contractors who have specific access rights to the customer database.
7.4 You agree that Volirium may occasionally use this information for marketing purposes and to inform you about other products and services that may be of interest to you by

letter or electronic mail (email and text messages / SMS). If you do not wish to receive such information, you can contact Volirium.

7.5 You agree that your personal information may also be disclosed to third parties in order to facilitate the delivery of your purchases. This may result in the transfer of

personal data to locations outside the European Economic Area. Some of the recipients may be located in countries that do not have the same data protection laws as the member

states of the EU. However, you can be assured that the necessary measures have been taken to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. Volirium

and third parties will use your personal information only in accordance with Volirium’s instructions and solely to deliver your purchases. Volirium will not sell or transfer

personal information for business or marketing purposes, other than in the Terms and Conditions.

7.6 You consent to the storage of small pieces of information known as “cookies” on your computer in order to collect statistical information such as navigation, number of

visitors, repeat users and views per page. The only personal information that such a cookie may contain is the information you provide yourself. The cookies can not read

information from your hard drive. Volirium uses these cookies to determine the usefulness of the information provided by Volirium and the user-friendliness of the online shop.

The data collected by means of “cookies” will not be sold to third parties by Volirium. If you do not want to receive cookies from our online shop, you can set your browser to

warn you when cookies are set and you can reject the cookies. You can also generally reject cookies via your browser setting. Please note that some functions of the online

shop do not work if you refuse cookies.

7.7 You can always access and correct your personal data under “My Account”.

7.8 Volirium will only use personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide the services you ordered or as long as it is legally permitted.

7.9 Volirium may supplement this Privacy Policy from time to time and will inform all users of material changes in the use of their personal information.

8. Free drawing on the provision and usability of the online shop
8.1 Irrespective of any guarantees and liability of Volirium for products or services that you purchase in the Online Shop, Volirium hereby exclude any warranty or liability

for the (non -) provision of the Online Shop or for accessibility, correctness, completeness, timeliness, permanent Availability and fulfillment of further requirements for

the online shop. Volirium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to expand or withdraw the content or services offered in the Online Shop.

8.2 The Online Shop is provided free of charge for personal use. Any support you receive is for informational purposes only. Volirium reserves the right to make changes at any

time, not to respond to your request and to provide any support in connection with the use of the online store.

9. Usage rights
9.1 All materials in the Online Shop are the property of Volirium and / or its suppliers and are protected by copyright or subject to other intellectual property rights. You

are authorized to view and download these materials solely for your own personal, non-business purposes.

9.2 Volirium reserves the right to exclude you at any time from the use of the online shop, the use of services and the transaction.
